Saint Cassian School provides everything a parent would like to have for his kids! As a parent of a first grader, I highly recommend this school! We had a lot of cousins who went there before and still go to Saint Cassian; All the feedback I had from them prior to register my daughter was awesome and shortly after being there I was definitely able to confirm everything they said and feel so glad and blessed that we are part of this beautiful school community! "Saint Cassian is a family planted in faith, growing in knowledge". The Principal has been doing an awesome job and has set the bar so high for the school, teachers and students. They were recently awarded the National Blue Ribbon for exemplary academic performance. The staff, teachers and principal are always available and ready to help if needed or to address any issue. Everyone is treated equally and fairly and the teachers are exceptional and so dedicated to the success of the students. Saint Cassian's curriculum integrates the arts and addresses the students' Multiple Intelligences. They just started few weeks ago with their 2016 winter MIAD (Multiple Intelligence Arts Domain) elective course program for kindergarten through 8th grade. The courses are designed to increase the students academic knowledge and skills through the integration of the visual-performing arts, technology and physical education. Just to mention as an example couple of these classes: Book Bunch book club, Happy Feet, wonderful writer's workshop, Mock trial, Math in art and games and many other classes. My daughter looks forward to her MIAD class every week! Another thing we love about Saint Cassian is what the Home School Association Committee does and all the events they plan throughout the year so students and parents can socialize and have fun even after school hours.. (For example: The Christmas corner event, trunk or treat, Sock Hop, movie night, 5K marathon, and much more). To sum-up, I highly recommend Saint Cassian to every parent who wants the best for his kids! We love this school!

St. Cassian School just won the National Blue Ribbon Award for exemplary academic performance. The recent Terra Nova test scores place the school in the top 15% of all schools -- public and private -- nationwide. This absolutely reflects the investments made in a fabulous principal, teachers and staff who have a common goal to engage students' "multiple intelligences." The principal recently gave tangible examples of how the school is doing this. For instance, the school invites authors to share with students how life experiences can develop into a book; it fosters students' appreciation for democracy through the Mini Model Congress experience which includes hearing directly from state legislators; it combines history with art when students create a silent film about the “Roaring Twenties"; and it strengthens math and critical thinking skills when students design and build model bridges together. Engaging students in this manner makes learning a creative and fun process at St. Cassian School and its National Blue Ribbon Award signifies its successful approach. St. Cassian is also a leader in utilizing technology in the classroom. In addition to its computer lab, it provides WiFi enabled Chrome books, iPads and Smartboards in the classrooms. As a Catholic school, students are grounded in Catholic Christian values. Regular mass, religion classes and many family school events provide students with a foundation of faith, community and charity. It's a wonderful school -- preK-8th grade --filled with a lot of love and caring for students and families. As a parent of a 2nd grader, I highly recommend it.

The principal and the parent advisory board had a vision and they have delivered on it and the National Blue Ribbon Award represents this success.

Our sons have been attending St. Cassian School since kindergarten and we are extremely pleased with the school. The teachers and staff are all very kind and attentive. We have had great teachers who have all been exceptional and dedicated to the success of our boys. We are very pleased with the principal and pastor of the school and we are excited to watch our sons grow up in this warm and nurturing environment that Saint Cassian provides.

St.Cassian School is an amazing faith based school with a very strong sense of family and community. I have 2 children in the school and couldn't be happier. The new principal, Mrs. Llanes has brought so much to the school, including musical theater, dance, handbell choir, and Mini Model Congress to name a few. Academics are taught using multiple intelligences ,so teachers are able to connect with all types of learners. My oldest child recently graduated and will be attending a highly competitive high school on an academic scholarship. - Parent

I have seen over the course of the last 2 years how much this school has improved. Fr Marc has done a fantastic job bringing in such a qualified principal in Mrs. Llanes. From the Smart Boards, to the Model Congress programs...she has truly positioned the students for a success. It is clear to us, that Mr. Llanes sets the bar for the teachers, as well as the students, high. We are happy that the Lord brought such a gifted visionary in Mrs. Llanes to our community!

St. Cassian School has always been a great place to work and learn. The faith filled community that is St. Cassian School allows the students to integrate their love of learning with the teachers’ love of teaching. In my time teaching here I have seen students achieve beyond their potential and set goals for themselves that allow them to aspire for greatness. The Principal and Pastor keep the school moving in a positive direction, incorporating faith based learning, new methods of technology, differentiation, and cognitive thinking skills that allow the students to be successful in their future endeavors. -St. Cassian Teacher

Develops character: Strongly agree

St Cassian School has the most nurturing and pleasant environment a parent can ask of any school for their children. The principal and the pastor demonstrate outstanding leadership and personal guidance for each student. The faculty treats each student like they were their own. In a time where a lot of Catholic schools enrollments are dwindling , St Cassian School continues to grow. St Cassian is truly a LOVING community. Mike Sammon ( 38 years at St Cassian School). .
