The teachers and counselor are the most caring and understanding staff to work with the students.

I have three children, two graduated Holbein; currently, one in fifth. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Here's mine. The teachers are top notch. They go the extra mile to educate, care and advise both student and parent. There are no 'bad kids'. Clearly a prejudicial statement. Every school has kids needing discipline, they get it here when needed. Kids will do well academically if they want to, with the support of teachers and parents. What this school lacks, is parent involvement. So, instead of complaining, help find a solution if parents think there is a problem. My kids, all honor roll, graduated with mega awards and continue in national honor society in high school. My youngest will do just as well. Holbein's teaching staff are overachievers, with five stars. Learning is there, and so are the tools to do it. A good solid school for an educational foundation. Thank you.

This is the third school district we have lived in and Mount Holly has certainly showed us the worst that the public school system has to offer! From jaded, unenthusiastic teachers to a student body rife with discipline problems, this school has it all! If you are looking for a school which is academically underachieving, you'll be right at home at Holbein. The good kids are physically imtimidated and at the same time socially influenced by, and let's be frank, the bad kids. Which, unfortunately, appear to be the majority. The school is a disgrace, plain and simple. We will move before my other children have to go through the 'Holbein experience'.

this is such a great school i love it. my teachers are great and i love all the teachers and how they are with each student. TAlking to us as an individual in stead of a minority. They listen to us and help as much as needed. they even call our parernts if we are doing well or bad. They are great and so are the smart kids and the smart kid classes.

I feel overall Holbein is a decent school. I find the teachers to be dedicated, esp the sixth grade team. I find that parental involvement has been lacking. In my opinion this school receives poor scores on its standardized tests because of its poor socioeconomic standing and lack of parental involvement rather than its teacher's skills. I have had 3 children in this school and all have done very well. This is partly due to the fine teachers and partly due to parenting. I think this goes hand in hand.

Caring teachers, good program for the kids. Could use a better lunch program. The food isn't the greatest and the people aren't always pleasant in the kitchen!

The teachers were great and will go the extra mile for students. I found the guidance counselors to be interested and accessible. They could offer more activities for parent involvement.
