I can't say enough about this school. We have a great principal who has a clear vision of where the school is headed. And that's where it all starts. Though much of elementary school is teaching values, manners, and basic skills, a large part of it is preparing your child for everything else they will do in life. It encourages hard work so kids don't struggle with skills in Math, Writing, Reading and Grammar. Encourages student participation in all kinds of activities school offers and parent involvement. That for me, is very important to oversea your child's progress and be able to steer him toward getting involved.

There has been a lot of changes since the time I enrolled my kid. We have a great principal who's stays on top of things. Everything is organized and the kids have all the support they need from faculties. The kids learn in an environment that equipped with the proper tools ( computer, standard of education, discipline that guides them with moral values. It's a small group that everybody knows everyone and feel like a part of a big family. We have all kinds of activities, like choir, band, origami, newspaper, Cinco De Mayo, student council etc and other clubs that kids can get involved. My kid has been in the school for 5 years and he has been continually academically challenged and socially embraced in the environment the school has progressed.

Very good school. Staff needs to be more organized though.

Sacred Heart provides on outstanding, loving community for students to prepare for high school and life. The safety issues that we hear our public school friends talk about, including fights, threats and intimidation, has not been a problem our children have had to deal with at Sacred Heart. While there is always something in life we would like to change, we have been generally pleased with life at Sacred Heart. The students treat each other like family, and the dedicated teachers demonstrate a sincere love of their students. Values, manners, politeness, community service, sharing and caring are the extra intangibles our children develop in addition to a very advanced education. There are not distractions in the classroom, so the intensity of the learning is very high. This is not a school for someone who wants to just put in time and move through the grades. Hard work brings success!

Sacred Heart was our families worst mistake we made in choosing a school. We thought because the class size was small, she would get better one-on-one help. That was a big mistake. My daughter has ADHD and even though it was on her medical chart, the teacher didn't even know it. She was in the fourth grade ther and we barley made it through the year. The principal was horrible as well, making up excuses why the teacher did what she did.
