My children have received a superior education from Clearview High School. They have had wonderful experiences with teachers, counselors, coaches and administration. The variety of classes offered (Honors, AP, Language and Arts) along with the extra curricular activities make CRHS stand out. In addition to great academics and extra curricular activities, Clearview has the small school feel despite being a larger school. I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only do the teachers know the children by name but the principal and administration have a friendly rapport with them as well.

CHS is just average. It's getting way too overcrowded with how Mullica Hill has blown up. I put my kids in Paul VI and the positive difference in them is incredible.

Terrible school. The administration is horrible, unfair, and harassed me and discriminated against me so much I had to transfer schools. The board of education there is also terrible and those people should not have that job.

I rate Cleaview to be the most exceptional of schools. Their teachers are nothing short of wonderful and magnificent. My son's grades were never so high until he came to Clearview. The teachers are caring individuals who work with the student. They are available to parents when needed and will make themselves available to accommodate the parents' schedules. It is a safe school district and one in which a child will get the best education possible, I cannot say enough good things about Clearview. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

The level of teaching is excellent, and the ability for teacher/parent communication is outstanding. The teachers want to see your child succeed, and will do everything in their power to see it happen and show their appreciation when there is cooperation from home. The examples set by this faculty helped my three children decide to further their education and become educators themselves. They saw the difference good teachers make in a child's life, and hope to provide the same encouragement and environment for learning that they were provided at Clearview. Extra curricular activities are superior, whether it be in sports, the arts or educational programs. This district prides itself in parental involvement.

All in all I think this is a great school. The leadership is unwilling to make anything but the most conservative of decisions. Perhaps this is a good thing but I think it stifles the imagination somewhat but it is safer that way. My son received great instruction for the whole four years he went and in a few instances, the instruction was brilliant. Even with the highest school taxes in the country, New Jersey schools require maximum parental involvement for the extracurricular parts to work. Fortunately, I found that to work at a high level. This school works.

This is a wonderful school district I have 4 kids filtering in and they are wonderful from k on up. The other school district we were in was not attentive to what parents had to say but Clearview is really involved.

My only experience so far has been with their preschool program 'Little Pioneers' and it was a pleasant one. The program director was simply the best and the students teachers were amazing. Both of my sons completed this program and it was most impressive compared to other programs out there where they are combined with a day care setting, this is strictly an educational program. I would recommend it to anyone.

What is the GreatSchools Rating?

The GreatSchools rating is a simple tool for parents to compare schools based on test scores, student academic growth, and college readiness. It compares schools across the state, where the highest rated schools in the state are designated as “Above Average” and the lowest “Below Average.” It is designed to be a starting point to help parents make baseline comparisons. We always advise parents to visit the school and consider other information on school performance and programs, as well as consider their child's and family's needs as part of the school selection process.
