Quitman teachers & school administrators are all around wonderful people, you & your child will always feel like a part of the community, they support parents that want it, they're welcoming, eager, engaging and hard working indiviuals that genuinely want to leave a lasting impression on our children's lives for the greater good, they lead by example first and foremost, they're dedicated to our children teaching them how to be their better selves, they look for their academic talents and challenges, they teach the "whole person" not just focusing on a child's talent or challenge alone but show them how they can use talent to overcome challenge, and guiding them through hard work when the going gets tough and rewarding them when they've done their best, no one should think schoolwork is easy and Quitman teachers don't make it easy, I appreicate and thank them for encouraging our kids to stay highly motivated and excited about learning no matter what it takes
I think this school is moving in the right direction. The positives are the warm welcoming environment, the admistration, and most teachers. The negative is the huge lack of parental support (not including myself) some of the student behavior which goes back to parental support.
