It's a great school safe not a lot of students in a class they go on learning field trips they teach about the bible. They have gym which other schools should have everyday. Its a wonderful place to send your child and the tuition is not that expensive they go by your income such a lovely school. Your child will be able to go camping twice a year I was a student at this school and teacher that are their are still the same we are good friends they just love kids and your child would be safe they are loving caring teachers that work hard with each and every student doors open up at 7:30 every morning but child has to their by 8:20 they have aftercare for parents that work. GREAT SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!

Newark Christian School is a phenomenal academic institution. The model Christian teachers, parental involvement, unfaltering standards, and student empowerment all contribute to the climate of this school that creates student leaders that are quickly accepted into rigorous magnet and charter middle schools. Tuition is extremely low (teachers do not receive a salary but raise their own support as missionaries) so the admission criteria involves a great deal of accountability (hence a greater sense of responsibility). NCS is transforming our community from the inside out; its a shame more schools have not adapted this mission-minded concept.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
