OLMA is an excellent school. My daughter was welcomed by her peers and the faculty as she transferred in as a senior. The girls are treated with firmness and kindness. The guidance department is effective. The curriculum offered will prepare the girls for college and the real world. The campus grounds are lovely. However the athletic fields are in need of renovation. Sr Grace Marie, the principal, gives the girls privacy and respect, which allows them to grow. She is very approachable and 'hands on'. She is very black and white to the girls and if they venture into gray areas, she will give direction. Honestly, all of the girls that I have met enjoy the 'sisterhood' of an all girls school.

Olma is a great school to send your daughter to. I have two daughters that have attended there and the teaching of both Academics and Sport Coaching are the best around. The school is ranked as one of the best in all categories. And also, the parent involvement is great too!!

I transferred to OLMA my sophomore year and I'm now a junior. I would recommend you not to send your daughter to this school. First, the teachers don't know what they're doing. The cleanliness of the school is very poor. The list goes on. Everyone affiliated with OLMA would be better off if the school just closed down!

OLMA is definitely the best private school in South Jersey. The girls can be themself and focus on their education. The athletics is also one of the best I've ever seen.

O.L.M.A. is a great school! It is a safe and disciplined learning environment. My daughter adjusted to the all girls school setting right away and had a successful freshman year.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

What is the GreatSchools Rating?

The GreatSchools rating is a simple tool for parents to compare schools based on test scores, student academic growth, and college readiness. It compares schools across the state, where the highest rated schools in the state are designated as “Above Average” and the lowest “Below Average.” It is designed to be a starting point to help parents make baseline comparisons. We always advise parents to visit the school and consider other information on school performance and programs, as well as consider their child's and family's needs as part of the school selection process.
