Fredon School is not a good school. Unfortunately the word "Community" is long gone as the school administration has made sure of that. The academics is below average and the community has given up on their school. Fredon school keeps the private schools and choice schools in business. I hope it changes soon.

Fredon school is a good school and getting better. Yes, they have had their share of problems but the teachers are caring and focused and the staff make the difference. I will say that I believe parents have as much to do with how great a school is or is not. Parents need to be on top of their children teaching them responsibility (not doing their homework for their children) and working with a school instead of the blame game. This school has a great many things going for it , one of which is its many after school clubs and activities and I trust that the school is doing the best for my children.

Fredon School has been a great support and environment for my children. I have both younger and older children and I find the teachers to be outstanding. Particularly, the teachers that were just hired and changed for the 2010-2011 school year. This is an excellent school for those considering moving to Sussex County.
