I love this school. We have an amazing principal, great teachers from my experience so far, and some really caring parents. I'm an active member of the PTO, which does so much for the children and the school. If anyone is interested in sending their child to Oxford (OCS), I would suggest visiting the school and talking with the principal. You will be very impressed!

Even with some parents doing less then their share. This school is definitely serving the students. The PTO is clicky and that turns off plenty of would be helpers. My student is definitely learning. Parents should watch their kids and make sure their homework is done. Don't expect the school top babysit your kid. I

Oxford Central School is a great school for grades K-8 The PTO has done so much over the past few years with so many educational programs for the students. The board members spend counless time and energy in making our small town school a better place as well as all the ownderful teachers and administrators there. The only downside is that parent involvement is very limited when it comes to volunteering for things.

I think the school is great; the staff is very caring and class sizes are perfect. I also think that the PTO does wonderful things for the kids, they truly enjoy the Luau and the Homework breakfast.

I like the small class sizes. The faculty and administration seem readily available and interested in the parents and students. I have seen many great improvements over the last year, although I would like to see more after school programs. It is my understanding though, that the school is working on that.

Our school has come a long way in the last five years. Our PTO added wonderful fun and interesting assemblies, Luau Lunch, Homework Breakfast, improved Holiday Shop, bingo nite etc., Our new Principal is working very hard with teachers, parents, &PTO, on various activities. PTO and school could use more help from volunteers and teachers in coordinating after school activities or family nite gathering.
