I agree with the previous post about this being a disappointing school. Too much focus is on administration and not enough focus is on the teaching staff. I don't know the school's financial status, but they sure waste lots of money on admin staff that do nothing. All you need is the principal, program director, a secretary, and a teacher for each student...they waste so much paying big salaries to unecessary staff in these tough economic times. Take that money and get some quality teachers! I blame the board, certain people are there only for the glory and not for the school -- they are not governing, they are dictating -- these people should get off!!!

Disappointing. This school use to be one of the top three in Bergen County. Underpaid teachers, overpaid administration (some of which are not needed), aging non-creative board members, bad financial decisions, letting go of the right people and hiring of the wrong people .... all combine to nothing less than an epic tragedy. The first three to five years were their best....poor management by board members ever since has brought this school down far below what it could have been. Needs new management to help guide this school back in the right direction.
