This school may work if your child works well independently, is focused and motivated. Unfortunately my child doesn't have those attributes, why I looked at alternative schools. But this school was not the right choice. Teachers don't motivate, your child can socialize with her friends all day and everyday and they won't say a word. They simply aren't interested in academics here.

They do great a helping kids manage to graduate. Your child will be as prepared for college as they chose to be. My child was able to get on track at BCAHS after a major detour, graduate on time with a semester of college credits & great scholarship offers to several competitive 4 year colleges.

My son graduated with honors from this school and my foster daughter is going now. They have a program that is for students that have not made it in the regular schools. I count my blessings that I found this school.

I graduated from BCA in 2007, without the help of Lisa, Vince, Christian, Joe and the rest, I probably wouldn't have gotten a HS diploma, i couldn't thank them more.
