Our Daughter was in the Penns Grove N.J. school system from K thru 5th grade. She was doing well in school, but we did not like the distractions we saw coming up in the 6th thru 8th grades. We did some research, looking for a private school close enough to be feasable if we had to transport her daily. There were several in the area. We ended up at Park Bible, it was reasonalbly priced, provided transportation, and we were impressed with the care and devotion the faculty showed for the school and the students. We placed out daughter in Park Bible in the 6th grade in 1999. The best thing we ever did. She graduated with honours this year, she scored in the 95th percentile in her SATs and her ACTs. Ed B

My son is in the 4 yr old pre-school class. He loves going to school and he has learned so much. The A Becka curriculum is excellent. Even though he is in pre-school, they still offer music, art, and computers. I am signing him up next year for all day Kindergarden.

I graduated from Park Bible Academy with honors in 1983. I now have 2 children that have been attending PBA since kindergarten. My daughter will graduate in 2005 and my son in 2008. Both are very involved in the sports programs and student council and are challenged daily academically as well as spiritually. The teachers and staff see their calling as a ministry rather than a job and the bonds between teacher and student lasts much longer than just the 'school years.' PBA offers basketball (boys and girls) girls volleyball, girls cheerleading, and boys soccer. PBA has won it's fair share of Championships - DVCAC and Garden State and is very competitive. I would recommend PBA to anyone looking for a school where God's Word is absolute and becoming more like Him is a desire for your child along with an exceptional education. PBA is the place to be.

I grew up in this school. It has great teachers that really care and love the students and desire to see them not only grow in knowledge but also in our Lord Jesus Christ. The school is a great size that allows enough variety but maintaining a family atmosphere. The principal leadership has changed since I have been there.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
