What a fantastic school. My son started in the middle of the year... his teacher was great in bringing him up to speed on his overall academic work. We came from a school district that claimed to be "blue ribbon" but yet my son could not keep up with the work at PRS... while he was above average in his previous "award winning" school! Thankfully, his 4th grade teacher was patient and spent a lot of time with him and he is now on the right track and ready for 5th grade. Administration is polite and wonderful, parents are very involved... feels like one large happy family. Love this school!!!
I love this school. All three of my children attend Littlebrook. Littlebrook is like a storybook school. The teachers are warm and caring. No matter who you are there is a place for you here. Amazing diversity and the kids are excited about their differences. Best principal in town. She knew the names of my two youngest before they evn attended. My kids have the had the best elementary school experience possible.
Very good school. Music available.
Littlebrook's theme is 'Peace' and that about says it all. There is no way to say enough about the teachers. My children have been through K-2 there, and each year things seem to get better and better. All the teachers have been supportive and nurturing, especially to my daughter who has a hard time with change and new people. My son had speech therapy in Kindergarten and Reading Recovery in first grade, and this was accomplished without labeling him whatsoever - he thought it was a special treat! He now reads above grade level for first grade. The advice and assistance I've gotten from the teachers has been invaluable to me as a parent. Although all the teachers we've encountered have been great, Miss Mosca, Mrs. Peretzman and Miss Ryan will live forever in our hearts. :-) The kindergarten team is particularly outstanding.
RPS is great. Their are great teachers and a great suppport staff at the school. Great teachers are Livingston, Soltiel and Lewis. They provide great help with special need kids.
