My three children attended the Princeton Charter School and they all profited from the experience. Perhaps I should say that the school is challenging, and my kids (and I) struggled at times with the homework. But PCS supported them, even providing summer study. The administration pays great attention to the curriculum, and fundamentals like math and English are augmented by excellent chess, music, and art offerings. This public school is equal in every way to the excellent private schools in the area. My children graduated from eighth grade with training that put them ahead of their peers at high school. I was lucky to find such an excellent school for my children.

Highly competitive academic, nurturing environment. Teachers willing to devote any extra time to students. Majority come out prepared for advanced high school courses.

Excellent middle and elementary school. Charter teaches you a lot before heading into high school. It prepares very academically. Mainly why most kids coming out of PCS go into advance placement classes in highgh. But absolutely outsstanding school

Small, diverse school community with challenging work environment. Dedicated faculty, staff and parent group. Introduction of French language in kindergarten. Chess club and other extra-curriculars available. Beautiful campus that brings lower and upper school together.
