Recent Reviews
I have been pleased with my experiences at Grover Cleveland School. The principal and staff are caring and concerned. They strive to provide an environment which is conducive to learning and encourage the children to do their best. While parent involvement is lacking, the PTA does a great job of providing support to the students and teachers by sponsoring family-oriented programs that help promote learning. I have been especially impressed by the Family Science, Reading and Movie nights.
I would like to say that we are MORE than pleased with our son's Special ed. preschool experience in Grover Cleveland. He has been in the 'Daisy' program since he's 3. Now at 4 he truly has come a long way and that is attributed to the strong teaching and curriculum that GC has provided. The teaching staff is top notch. The program is structured with a careful balance of fun and learning that works well for our son. I would reccomend to anyone seeking special education for their child to visit and observe the programs offered in Rahway's GC school. It is without question one of the best Union Cty. has to offer.
