St. Bartholomew Academy encourages parents to be as involved as possible with their child's education. Many opportunities are available to parents to participate. The Home School Association communicates frequently with parents about events and opportunities to get involved and the school Facebook page is updated daily about events and news.

The faculty and staff is committed to a 21st century learning environment through the use of classroom technologies such as Kindle Fire tablets for our young students, laptop centers in each elementary classroom, and Chromebooks for middle school students. Each classroom is outfitted with SMARTBoards, and teacher computers are connected to the internet via the schoolwide WiFi.

At the time of application submission, a brief interview may be scheduled for the parent(s) and child with the Academy principal.
Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis. All admissions are contingent upon receipt and review of all required medical, dental, and immunization information. Final Kindergarten admission is contingent upon the results of the Kindergarten readiness assessment conducted in the late spring.
