MacAfee Elementary School

Overall, I am satisfied with the school, teachers and principal. I have 2 children currently enrolled. The older one hasn't had any issues with the teachers or the students. The only issue with his class last year was that NO one volunteered to be a class parent. At the lower grades, there seemed to be more parent involvement. The younger one just finished kindergarten. The only complaint I have is that he was injured at school by another child and I didn't get a call or email from the school nurse or teacher informing me of the injury. (It was a minor injury, but I would have liked to receive a call anyway!)

I LOVE MACAFEE!!!!! The teachers are incredible. Spend just an hour in their shoes and you will greatly appreciate all that they do. I have 3 childrend currently at this school. My PreK student loves going to Mrs Ortega's class in the afternoon (she is incredibly patient and is preparing them for full time learning). My 1st grader is in Ms Bent's class, she goes above and beyond just teaching at the school, she also treats all her students as individuals with respect. My 2nd grader is in Mrs Hurd's class, she is incredible and will always keeps me posted on my son's progress. The school nurse Mrs Goldstein showed me and filed the paperwork needed to get my daughter home instruction. She is very attentive to the children's health needs and keeps me aware of the visits my children make to her office. Mr Grippo the principal has a wonderful staffe. The school cares for each and every child there. HAVE I SAID ENOUGH, I LOVE MACAFEE!!!!!

We have the BEST teachers, staff, parents and students here @ MacAfee! Through hard work, love, dedication, and cooperation, we constantly strive to provide All of our students with the best possible education. I think it is a great school. My daughter loves it. Te principal Mr Rosen is great & my daughter's teacher Mrs Stephenson is excellent.

I think Macafee Road School is a great school. This is the second year for my son and he is learning alot and having fun. We are glad we decided to try this school. I think the AfterCare Program is a great idea and it really helps parents like me who have to work past school hours. Thanks Macafee.

This is my daughter's second year at MacAfee Road and she loves it there. She has learned so much, last year in Kindergarten. The teachers and staff members are very helpful and caring. I have not had one problem with the school. We look forward to the next couple of years at MacAfee Road School!

I went to the school and my two children go I love the principal and his staff and teachers the school is wonderful and the environment and quality is great they really care about the childrens lives and their future!
