There is some wild misconception that Jefferson is somehow not as good as the other schools in Summit. Our children thrive at Jefferson. From the top down, this school is amazing.

Jefferson School is a low-ish income school that exists in an extraordinarily wealthy community. It is unable to to compete financially with other elementary schools right across town, but it offers a terrific curriculum to its extremely diverse student body nonetheless. Dedicated teachers and support staff and a Principal who heart is fully in the job make Jefferson School a special place that is truly dedicated to bringing out the best in each child.
