The EJ School has children from preschool (special needs only) through 2nd grade. Because of the small size of the school district (2 schools) the principal is also the superintendent of the district. He is kind and considerate with the students and is very accessible to parents. We are lucky to have him. The teachers at this school are wonderful! They are nurturing but firm. The learning activites they have for the children are amazing!! In kindergarten they learn to 'sign' to a few songs, in first grade the 'travel' with a passport to different places like Japan or Africa. Don't know much about 2nd grade yet, my son will be there this fall but I do know that this is the year that things start to get more regimented for them but it still is fun for them and holds their interest. I am thrilled to have my children attending this school.
