Over all I like BFMS but I have a problem with the principal Dr. Lennox Small. He does not give importance to a parent's concerns and is horrible at returning a phone call or email. Ms. Klein the counselor is awesome but The head of the school is not so good at leadership and parents' overall concerns.

Both of my sons one is 27 and the other is 14 have gone to Benjamin Franklin Middle School. This school does an great job at fostering a sold education. I would recommend this middle school. The staff and teachers are excellent as well. The know how to identify problems and overcome them when a child is having difficulty.
