The parents of the school need to be more involved by attending board meetings, voting for passing the budget to allow for necessary school improvements (such as remodeling and updating bathrooms as some are complaining about), and encouraging students to be high-achievers by supporting them at home and making sure that learning is a top priority. The new administration is working hard to make sure that students are successful and feel secure in the school. They work hard to support students, parents, and teachers throughout the building. We hope for stability among the administration at the building level, but agree with others here that changes should be considered at the district-administration level due to poor leadership.

I am a parent with three children in the school system since 1999. The recent changing of the administration every year has been quite a problem and obstical for the parents and the children. I believe that by changing the principal and vice principal it's like putting a band-aid on a gaping wound. Our biggest problem I believe, is our superintendent. If we can get him out then maybe our school can rebound. Other then that I feel we have been blessed with our teachers and faculty. They have helped us through all of this.

I am an 8th Grade student currently at this school. I hate that every year the administration if different. They need to find people who they know will stay. The school's bathrooms are a disgrace to the town. The extra-curricular activities are in great shape with many to choose from. The teachers are wonderful. The sports teams are amazing! We have had champion teams in every sport for the last 8 years. It is an easy learning enviroment, and for the most part, a great school. Overall, a great place that still needs a lot of work.

I believe that this school can be so much better. I have had all of my children attend this school but in the past 5 years it has gone down hill.

I have two children in the school now and one that graduate a few years ago. I think things were better when my older child attended then it is now since all the trouble with administration 5 principles in 5 years is not a good sign for any school that parents put trust in. The school does not have many activities for children and every year its different. They also need to come up with new plans for parents to drop off and pick up their children thats a little safer then what is done now. I do believe the administration of the school and the teacher for the most part care about our children and their education, but on a district level, our administration leaves alot to be desired.

My daughter started here in 1st grade. So far it's an OK school... No school buses though.. so that's a joke with all the parents trying to get a parking spot at 3pm. Not too many programs for the younger kids.

I am a parent of a Memorial MS Student. Memorial School is a good school, the teachers are excellent and committed to our children, however, Memorial school has had several administrative changes over the last few years, ie: a new principal and vice principal every year. Spanish has replaced the arts, music and Computer Technology at the Middle School level. It is a small school and they do not have enough extracurricular activities for the children to get involved with at the critical 10 thru 13 year age group. After School program for us working moms is excellent.

I have two children under this district. One child placed out in a private school as Autistic and the other child in regular school and classified. This is a fine district with caring personnel and great teachers. They could use more personnel in special services and need to look to improving their relationships with parents of classified students, complying more to federal standards and directives for inclusion of special needs children in the regular school setting. On the whole - I rate this school system A for their cmmittment to our childrens education. The administration here is receptive to parents and their needs - you can always be heard!!

I just graduated from here. This school is one of the best. I'm not being biased. But this school provides everything you need. Students are lucky to go here.

I have had three children attend (and graduate) from this school. The staff has always gone the extra mile, the new administration has given 110% and the Board of Ed has worked non-stop to continue moving forward.
