Two of my three children have graduated VHS, and now my youngest is entering her Sophomore year. VHS offers students a sense of self-worth difficult to find in very large high schools, along with a solid education which prepares them for college and society.
My daughter recently graduated VHS. She did it with little effort, as, more effort is put into helping under achievers than pushing intelligent students to excell. They base everything on memorization more than thinking. They focus more on discipline and rules than education. If you have an intelligent child and want it to get a great education, don't move to verona.
