I absolutely LOVE this school. My third child is now enrolled and I am most impressed by the school's genuine interest in the children. They do not do things in an attmept to 'make the school look good' or for public perception. They do things truly for the children. I could not have hand picked a better beginning in any of my children's education, than Pine Acres.
Pre-K is excellent but Kindergarten on up is when the classes become larger causing less quality on an academic point of view. Grabbing the attention and giving attention to the ones who need it most is almost impossible when the student to teacher ratio starts to go over 13 per one teacher. Although there are teachers' aides, they are not always present all day much less being put to good use.
My daughter is in 1st grade and so far we have had a very educational experience. They are using the new math which is working out nice. The teachers, principle and staff are dedicated to the children and really make Pine Acres a great place to go.
