My son had one of his best school experience in this school.I would always recommend this school for the high standard education the students receive from their teachers, administration and staff.

Well worth the money. Seton Hall has been amazing for our sons. It provided them with the discipline, spirituality and welcoming atmosphere we were looking for in a high school. Even the best public school districts can't offer the environment and camaraderie like the great private schools can and this is certainly one of the best. Best money we could have spent. Visit the school, meet the people there, you'll be glad you did!

This is one of the better schools in Northern NJ. It is a great environment to learn and participate in numerous clubs/activities that are not available in most high schools. Seton Hall will set your child up for success in college and thereafter providing a great network of students and teachers. Msgr Kelly is the absolute best.

Save your money!! If you have a decent school system in your town, use it.. unless your child is an outstanding student either in academics or sports, he is not likely to go to the ivys any more than a student from the public school system. many of the kids come from wealthy suburbs and the parents as well as the students are obnoxious!! I have had to deal with some in sports and it was miserable-phony nasty people. The Prep has many good aspects, especially the religious element, but unless you have money to burn- save it for college!

Could not have a better high school experience for you children. They are expected to succeed, they are taught to succeed and they are given the resources to succeed. Exceptional leadership, and great athletics. Super school with great discipline and Jesus Christ is honored as Lord.

This is an absolutely wonderful school. It has high academic standards, provides a challenging environment; encourages independent thought; teaches social responsibility, charity, morals and ethics; provides an excellent athletic program and cultivates a lifelong bond among fellow students and faculty. My son, an alumnus, still loves to return to the school and has made lifetime friends.

The Prep , as it is fondly called, has the whole package, academics, activities, athletics, and ,if you are looking for a Catholic school, a spiritual life centered on social responsibility. One teacher is better than the next and Msgr Kelly's leadership has truly brought this 150 plus year old institution to ever greater heights!

All classes have a focus on being useful in college. Music and Art are lacking becuase it is college prep however the sports are many and fabulous...highly competitive and great team spirit. Parent's are tremendously invovled. Students come from all over the state of NJ so you make many friends that you woudl never meet if you stayed at your public high school. Respected by colleges as a top notch acedemic school. My years had every Ivy school represented, 7 went to Notre Dame and many to Boston College. Great all around and the Catholic backdrop is an added benefit.

Schools just don't get any better than SHP. The teachers are really concerned for the students and go out of their way to help each one achieve his highest potential. Msgr Kelly is outstanding as headmaster. His leadership has brought the school to new levels both in academic excellence and sports.
