Approach to addressing and preventing bullying Cross of Hope Elementary addresses bullying with a systemic approach, educating students that bullying is not a one-sided issue but that there are compounding issues that start bullying and allow bullying to continue. Open communication and guided work with the classroom by the teacher has been successful at our school in stopping bullying quickly.
