The Hope Connection School is the best school I have ever gone to. The teachers care about you and your academics. I always made low grades and felt bad about myself and always fighting with my parents, and when my parents rerolled me at Hope Connection School, the staff was very friendly and cared about me as a person. The administration showed me respect and I felt so good that I wanted to do my best in school. I have been at the school for two years and will be graduating on May 11, 2013. I will never forget what this school has done for ME and my family. I get along with my family and am now registering at UNM. I love my parents now and we get along real good. Thanks to Hope Connection School and all of its teachers and administration. They really gave me HOPE.
only go to this school if you know what its about. the students change every semester and it is a mixture of credit recovery with students from other schools and students who go there.there is minimum instruction and its basically a packet of work per week that you do on your own at a desk. however it is not self paced,and if you happen to finish the rubric they give you with all the work for the year there is still more. so it is not self paced in the sense that you are not able to finish your classes early. its basically a room with a bunch of desks. the computers and textbooks are outdated ( with some from 1970) and unless u know what ur getting into i suggest finding an alternitive school
This school is appropriately named Hope, because as we had lost all hope,suddenly we found it again through the work of these people. It brought our family together again.Thank you Hope Connection
