In New Mexico all schools must teach the same thing what allows the children to excell in the academics is one: the parents and two: the quality of the teaching process by the teachers. This school lacks a cause and consequence program. If some of the parents get their kids back and see what the teachers have to put up with because of their behaviour maybe they will get involved and teach their children how to interact with those children who are there to learn.
I think the 7th grade middle school needs a lot of improvement not only with dicipline, teachers, etc. but they need a new building! Last summer the school was found to have asbestos (a cancer causing thing) in the school and had it cleaned out. But why take a chance? There are some really good teachers there, I must admit, but a lot of them of just 'making a check'. Some are the most rude people you'd ever meet in your life, and others are among the best people you'd ever meet.
