This school is run by the students. There is no principal (no applicants) and the superintendent is on travel more than he is at work. I know of at least 5 teachers that were fired, two that quit (in the middle of the year), and more than 8 that did not get their contracts renewed. This is a small school, 180 students. That is about 75 % of the teachers.
