Antwerp Primary School

Antwerp is an okay school. The school has a safe and secure setting. However, I often find myself supplementing my sons education because of the weak curriculum. They do a good job exposing students to reading (in my opinion an accelerated pace would not hurt) but they definitely lack in the science and math department. My son's class has not done any science experiment to date. He's missing out on exposure to the vocabulary of that field and explanations for why and how things happen. In the kindergarten class they count but basic math could and should be applied more in the classroom setting. My son often complains of being bored at school because the teacher normally covers only reading and numbers. I wish they would think more out of the box when it came to course content. I think that would improve the school drastically.

I love this school they have been so helpful with my children.They are in 1st and 2nd grade.The school has taught them so much and the year is not even over.I hope they get to sttend this school for a long time.

I am impressed with Antwerp Primary. The teachers are very involved with the kids and show genuine interest in their educational success. The office staff are extremely helpful and friendly as well. My daughter is loving it - even if the bus ride is quite long.
