I went there and learned alot in those growing years, I am not a parent, but other parents and their child would be privileged to go to Argyle.

Terrible. My teenage son has been in this school system since elementary school, and we have seen a steady decline in his performance. The overall feeling of apathy in the school and the fact that everyone from the principal down seems to strive for mediocrity is troubling.

This is a small school with huge promise. The teachers are willing to work closely with parents to address needs. Kids are given outstanding opportunities through field trips and in-school performances and presentations. There is a wonderful community atmosphere. Older students help younger students and all students ae encouraging to become active in their community. There is room for improvement in terms of the number of options/electives available. Hopefully the new administration can fill the final gaps.

The teachers at the Argyle Elementary school have been superior. In this time of declining funding, they have, over all, attempted to reach the students they have in their growing classes. The community commitment and involvement is a great point of pride for this district. Present changes in administration will have an impact, hopefully for the better, in the direction the school takes.
