The staff do not know how to appropriately deal with difficult children. They do not take bullying as serious as they should. Feel they need to make a change in leadership.

My son goes to this school now and i know why they have such low test scores. They pass kids to the next grade even when they are below grade level at the end of the year. Eventhough the teachers are nice and willing to talk to you, they still pass your kid through and say its because he is younger than his classmates and that he will catch up later. My son is still having difficulty in the next grade. Im not letting them pass him through this year unless he is at grade level.

I think Woodrow Wilson has a good sysum. I think the teahcers are doing the best that they can and the teahcers are learning from the children to.

You just have to wonder about a community that views its schools as just fine when all objective indicators place the school among the worst of the worst. Could scores be lower? Could children learn less? Can't imagine how. A failing school in a failing community and anyone saying otherwise has so much sand covering their brain their opinion is pretty meaningless.

I think this is a great school. My 11 year old girl went to your school. 'Thanks she says your school is the best.'
