Sycamore is a very family oriented school with great programs for our children, My son has excelled in Sycamore and his brother will follow.. We do need new special programs for our children.Our Teachers are the Greatest.. That is why I am voting for Sycamore Avenue Elementary.

I agree with the posts written here. Sycamore is such a friendly place. I always feel welcome by anyone who greets me. My kids love going to school. They love their teachers and the principal. I can't believe how he knows every child's name. He really cares.

This is a wonderful school that keep getting better. Mr. Pollak has developed an environment that clearly cares about children and the academic standards are high. He is accommodating and he listens. The teachers are great and show wonderful care for children. The school is safe.

This school is full of caring teachers who do a great job with all of the kids. The principal knows every child's name and is always tries to do the right thing. He is very nice.

i think that this school was good the teachers were nice and they helped prepare the 5th graders for the middle school.

My daughter just completed Kindergarten. Her teachers were awesome. They were structured yet nurturing. I was impressed with the topics presented and how much my child learned in all areas. Her reading skills were strong and this was recognized and she was given enrichment opportunities which helped her to flourish. I thought that the homework reinforced skills being taught in class. I feel my child came out with strong reading and math skills. Writing skills were encouraged as well,with the use of
