I'm a freshman and this is an exceptional school, its a hidden gem.My parents are the typical working class Hispanic immigrants, i did not have much expectations for high school i don't even remember really applying. But this school really caught me off guard. Most teachers are interesting and engaging the reaming can be hard to figure out but overall this is a very clean, safe and friendly environment.Their are dozens of extracurricular activities. From sports like track, basketball, bowling, volleyball ,softball etc to the gardening club, yoga club,STEM club and cooking club(the point is theirs something for everyone).Students are usually rewarded for hard work or consistence nobody gets unnoticed for doing something good. This is a truly amazing school and im not an exceptional student i struggle to get an average report card but im pretty sure if i was in any other bronx school i would be spiraling downward if not failing all common core classes im learning to be responsible for my school work because i see how achievable it is .All you have to do is apply yourself. This school offers you the resources to aim as high as you wish not the education you would expect from the Bronx.

This school is horrible. The teachers just want you out of the school. They do not prepare you for college at all. They Care more about implementing the school rules then your education. To all students who are thinking about attending , your going to regret it. I haven't learned anything throughout my school years. There's only about 1 good teacher.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.

The NYC Department of Education asked parents, teachers and students about their school's learning environment. Results provide insight into school climate, such as whether the school is academically rigorous, safe, communicative and collaborative. Learn more

The information captured by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make the school a better place to learn. An overall category score is calculated for each respondent group (parents, teachers, or students) by averaging the scores of the questions within that survey category.

Category scores for each of the respondent groups are then combined to form overall category scores. Alongside the results for each school are the aggregated results across all NYC public schools, which are provided as a basis for comparisons.
