Jane Addams High School for Academic Careers

I am a graduate of Jane Addams High School (1992). I enrolled upon arriving from another country, the transition was of course difficult but with time I was able to adjust. I had the most amazing english teacher who introduce many of the classic American novels, i.e. Tom Sawyer, The Glass Menagerie, Of Mice and Men etc., it was through this experience that I developed my love of books. With the help of a great Guidance Counselor I went on to graduate from college and now enjoy a fulfilling career. I will forever be grateful for the education I received from Jane Addams High.

The very first exact day my friend went there got jumped, and they jumped her for no reason she knew noone there. my moms best friend went their nnd HE even said that school is horrible, there's all the talk about how all the techers are nice and good programs but what about the students, Are there a lot of fights in that school? YES. Are there bulleys? YES, when i say "Jane addams" all people say is " Oh my, please don't even talk about that school, and i say" why" they say that school is bad uh huh!! But the school has very nice programs:-)

My four years in Jane Addams were AMAZING! Teachers were great, classes were challanging and many great memories we all created. I have nothing negative to say about the school itself.
