I love this school my daugther entered the school in third grade and all the third grade teachers have been great as well as the office staff and the principal is caring I have to move which i hate because i love this school soooo much
My name is Yisury Antonio and I am also a graduate student from Sacred Heart school. Sacred Heart was like a second family for me because it was always there when I needed something and gave me an opportunity to stretch my education further more. I am glad to say that this school taught me everything from a child to a young lady who is now about to graduate high school. Thank you Sacred Heart and all the teachers/principals who were their for me.
I have been teaching here for approxiametly 5 years, and I have to say how proud I am of our students. Although we are a large school, we are like a big family. Everyone knows eachother, and all teacher love to see how well our student (current & alumni) have grown. We have the Lord in our hearts always, and teach with our hearts . We have a safe environment, and students are instructed with values in addition to the curriculm. Even our teachers have enrolled their own children in our school.
I am a recent graduate of Sacred Heart (Class of 2005).I truly loved SHS. I attended it from grades 2 through 8 and graduated at the top of my class. I was unable to do these things without the preservance of myself and my dedicated teachers. Yes, there are some teachers that seem to not care but I was lucky. Sacred Heart is a very disciplined school and I feel that any student that comes here will love it as much as I had. Sacred Heart truly cares for its students. For example, SHS is now paying my tuition for my catholic high school through a partial scholarship given to me when I graduated. Compared to the rest of the catholic middle schools in the area, Sacred Heart School is at the top!
Lots of work, reading, math etc.I loved my son was learning a lot and working hard. But Iam not happy this year. The principle is great. A good listener and seems to care a lot for the students. This schools have great teachers.
If you want a school where the principal is involved, knows every child academic perfomance and each parent, this is it. However, like every school, there are some teachers that are not good. Not enough homework, exams, etc. Only the minimum require by the principal. Again, this varies teacher by teacher.
