This is my daughter's first year of school and she is thriving. We are so fortunate for P.S.307.The office staff is awesome. MRS.FUENTES is a great child advocate. To know her is to admire what stands for EMPOWERMENT. Bottom line. She has a passion for education and making sure her students succeed is her number one priority.

I have two children that attended PS307 one is in fifth grade and the other is in third grade. It is my opinion that teacher and staff, truly care about education. The school provides workshops that assist parents with their child education. I am able to make appointments with my children teachers if I have any concerns and they share strategies with me how to reinforce what my children are learning. I proud to say that my child in the fifth grade recieved 3's and 4;s in her report card last year and all state test. I truly believe this occured because school provide so many afterschool programs and saturday program specifically reviewing state test. I thank the teacher, staff, Ms. Valez and Ms. Fuentes for making 307 and home away from home. 307 deserves 5 MILLION STARS !!!!

P.S. 307 is a great school. My son has been attending since Pre-K and is now in 3rd grade. His vocabulary, writing, math & science skills are pretty impressive. I love how they push the students and expect better than average work. The school is small, but that is great because it has a sense of community & family. All staff and teachers know the children individually, they are not just faces in the crowd. I love that uniforms are required. It shows unity, pride and the children can focus. There's no need to worry about who's wearing the latest trends. P.S. 307 also has after school programs, and Saturday workshops. It is also located right next door to a newly renovated library which also holds workshops, and tutoring. Overall I would say it is definately a jewel in the Bronx. This borough needs more schools like this. -Proud P.S. 307 Parent

I have mixed feelings about this school. The Principal means well but her tactics are very unconventional. She is rude, loud, and very inappropriate at times with the language she uses. The children are frieghtened of her and so are the staff. Often parents are spoken to like they are children themselves. I am all for education along with discipline but not by way of threats and constant belittling. Again, the Principal means well and cares for the children but needs to find a happy medium.
