First of all, I am a parent. This school is a joke. No textbooks, rude personnel, and too much emphasis on peer relationships amongst the school's officials. The Principal, Mr. Sanchez doesn't do enough to see that the students are learning, and is not very accessible by parents. The majority of the teacher's are horrible. If I had known what an utter waste of time this school truly was, my child would not be there.

About the tests


In 2012-2013 New York used the New York State Regents Examinations to test high school students in English, math, global history and geography, US history and government, living environment, chemistry, Earth science and physics. Students must take at least five Regents Exams in order to graduate. Scores of 65 and above are passing; scores of 55 and above earn credit toward a local diploma (with the approval of the local board of education). The goal is for all students to pass the tests.

About the tests


In 2012-2013 New York used the New York State Regents Examinations to test high school students in English, math, global history and geography, US history and government, living environment, chemistry, Earth science and physics. Students must take at least five Regents Exams in order to graduate.
