Frederick Douglas Academy V Middle School

This school is awesome. All of the teachers and staff really care about your education.The education is great, even though some students find it boring.The teachers want the best for you, and if you need help on something the'll tell you and give you a chance to make up the grades.You get to know your teachers fast because they totally get us, sometimes.The activities are great, after school and during school.You can join a club or create one with permission from ms. cimmini(the principle) and a teacher willing to stay after school and chaperon.The trips are very fun and the dances are pretty cool. Alot of fundraiser for the school and othercauses.

principal cimini and her staff have done a wonderful job of providing a safe, nuturing academic enviorment. ms coe of the guidance staff was very helpful in preparing my 8th grade son to move on to a good high school. i would highly reccomend this school to any parent. kevin malvey

Frederick Douglas Academy Middle School in the Bronx is a Wonderful School! The academic program and the Teachers are the best in the State! The Teachers go well beyond their duties and really take their jobs seriously. The Principal is a God Send! The Teachers are on top of homework and assignments/projects.
