I was fortunate to attend Fieldston Lower and Fieldston from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade and have gone on to teach at the high-school, college, and post-baccaluareate levels in several educational settings. I earned my graduate degree at Harvard. Fieldston is superb. Its outstanding features include: 1) its emphasis on progressive values, ethical thinking and behavior, and its ethics curriculum; 2) Its rigorous academics; 3) Its small class sizes and its relatively small overall size, enabling students to know almost all of their classmates and to form a community and lifelong friendships; 4) The exceptional faculty; 5) Its beautiful, well-equipped and well-maintained facilities; 6) The community of parents, faculty, staff, administrators, students, and alumni that make the school possible.
My daughter has been at this school for 3 years and I have truly enjoyed the educational rigor and overall experience at this school.
