Believe Southside Charter High School

This school is terrible i am currently a B student and this school expects too much out of the students. We dismiss at 3:56p.m. the classes are too small the school is growing with 9 ,10 and 11 grades and they cannot fit the students anywhere! If you fail a semester you have to do something called credit recovery which is your teacher gives you a packet over break then you come in and take another final and MUST PASS WITH AN 80! This is ridiculous why must you do that then take the quiz that doesn't make any sense to me at all. Now the school is closing in June thank god and i highly recommend Benson High School in Bensalem, PA such a better curriculum. A 70 is passing here in BHS a D is passing they are pushing us too hard and I've been diagnosed with Extreme Depression from my doctor in 2010 when I started here until now I do not recommend this school to anyone who loves their child and cares for their mental health and education.

This is a great school . I put my son in some of the so call good charter schools the days were to long and he had a hard time learning .Here they make the classes interesting and fun for the kids and they really take to it .I wasn't to sure about there teaching techniques at first but they have won me over .
