School is definitely not what it use to be in the 90's. Despite ever changing leadership, it has steadily declined in academics and environment! Too many grades in a building made for just elementary students! H.W. quality isnt great. Haven't seen any hands on learning or projects so far. Most class work is prep for the state exams! Lunch time & dismissal is like being in a zoo. Children are poorly supervised. The PTA is all talk no progress, mainly from the lack of parental support. It seems like every year the SAME issuse are upon us with the same "motivational" speeches! Nothing changes except the principals! This year was started with a new principal and assistant principal. Hopefully things will change by the end of the year otherwise my children will be attending another school next year!! If you can get your kids into a better school, DO IT!! The only reason I'm sticking it out is the location is very convenient for our family.
This is my daughters second year in this school. I like the involvement. It needs more activities for the children. I hope to see more changes to better this school
I am not very impressed with this school at all. My child has been bullied there with very little assurancen from the officials that it won't happen again. I hope to be able to put my child in another school next year!
I feel that this school needs more activities for the children and better teaching lessons. I personally do not like they way this school handles their responsibilities.
