My children have been at PS 247 for three years and we are very happy there. It is a small school with tremendous parent involvment. Everyone knows each other and there is a very caring and sensitive staff.Their academic standards are high and the schools grades rise every year.

All three of my children attended PS 247. I find that this school is A+ in educational quality. The principal is kind and compassionate. Her first priority is CHILDREN FIRST! The child is treated as a whole person and not just a tool for taking standardized tests. My children are better people for attending PS 247. They are excellent students in their schools of higher learning and know the meaning of a good education.
