Bullying and Racism is alive and well among some of the student body. Some teachers at the school are amazing, others not so. Favoritism is very much shown, and the students are rude and arrogant. The work is basic and the school obtains a strong principal. Overall, nothing to go insane over. Not a very good school. Mainly focuses on test prep. Also, the teachers are a little to playful.

As a past student this school is not all it is cracked up to be.. there is a lot of favoritism going on, and this causes a lot of conflict among other students. These students feel they can do what they want and they do get away with it... bullying is alive and kicking.

I am a student at this school. The work is hard but the school is overall pretty good. My teachers are pretty hard on homework and in math my teacher is very fast but we are ahead. We do learn a lot and when kids come back from high school and they visit the teachers, most of them say, "you know, the work is hard in high school but, I'm used to it because of what was drilled into me for 3 or 4 years" when we do our work and stay on top we are rewarded greatly for it and when we don't do our work, we are constantly reminded of the requirements and our parents get involved and such. But the school is great except for the fact of the feud between us and Marcus Garvey. One of my classmates got jumped and it wasn't a good look. Overall, the school is pretty great. You have to study hard and don't forget about your work!

I am a former student at 392 What everyone doesnt not say was the on going war with marcus garvey.wen i was in seventh grade my friend was assaulted at the bus stop the school is horrible.

This school isn't the best. The students inside are wild and the teachers show great favoritism among individual students that can be directly proven. The school has a large amount of bullying and craziness also...Still, the school does have it's good sides. Except in some instances, the teachers teach the subject too fast without asking about the development of the subject in the child's mind...And there arent much enrichment programs...

its amazing.the teachers show thier deepest concern about our education. we also learn the value of respect.they give us a chalenge and make sure we dont take the easy way out

i used to be a student in this school and my expeience there was crazy kids don't show alot of respect 4 each others in the school and another thing this school only focus in test prep about every month they will give us a pratice test this school need to loosen up and have more fun and don't just give activites to the 8th grade give it to the 7th and 6th

I like the school but some of the teachers. rules need to change. I small and students get along with each other. There are some favortisim but over all very good school.

i am a student at this school due to the small size and wonderful teachers the school is good. However to be a school for ' gifted and talented' it has NO enrichment.each year they give yiu one art For a month and think it is satisfactory. The adminstratiors are love favortisim and aply rules one day and not the other to one student and not the other.however it did me well and for that i cannot complain.However i do not belive it deserves this great reciniton it has been recieving
