Excellent school for educating your children for their future. They rise to their potential easily in a safe and friendly small town atmosphere. My three childern went through the school and have moved on to sucessful lives. Now the grandchildren are ready to do the same in the Carle Place School System.

One of the best small public schools in New York State. An excellent teaching staff and administration and a student body that excells in all state and national tests. a wide range of activities for all students includes outstanding theater performances, an award winning newspaper, championship sports teams and the Relay For Life completly organized by former students!!! Many alumni move back to CP after college and it is not uncommon for some teachers to teach several generations of the same family. A great smell town with an excellent school system. John Strassenreiter, retired teacher, coach, parent and CP resident! Proud to be a Frog!!!

I think its a wonderful School District. A great tight knit campus setting, Who can do better than that? I am a Carle Place High School graduate

This school has good teachers and is okay overall. But, because this school is so small students aren't exposed to reality and have too many clique problems. This area also has many many students who drink and smoke even though a lot of them can't even drive yet. You can decide if you want your child here.

It is a great learning environment for the children. The teachers put so much effort into their jobs to help educate the kids.

As a 1994 graduate of CPHS, I had a wonderful experience. The teachers' knowledge, leadership and caring for the welfare of their students is the best on Long Island. The education was outstanding, I found myself more than prepared when I entered college. CPHS offers a variety of activities. Year in and out, the sports teams, music and theatre programs are top notch. Principal Neil Connelly is a great leader and loved by all.

This school is the worst school on long island. The teachers are horrible and the building is falling apart. Plus its attached to a Middle School. I do not recommend this school to anyone.
