I love this district! So helpful for my children that are a little slower to catch on to certain concepts.... Very student-oriented! Great on communication between parents and teachers.

I graduated from cato and I'm glad my children are now getting a chance to go. its got a great student:teacher ratio. problems are caught early and delt with rather than being swept under a rug. everyone is really treated fairly and everyone knows everyone else.

Excellent elementary school. Teachers do their best to provide support to the children in this low-income district. Parents seem to be involved. Some programs should be reviewed as they have not changed in many years. Need some sort of summer program to be offered as this is a rural community.

My daughter has gone to Cato since kindergarten off and on and she is now in the fourth grade she is currently attending there and she really enjoys it. I believe that it is a really good school and she learns a lot better there than she has at the other two schools she previously attended. It isn t a very big school but I like it better because she gets more individual attention. Cato is very big on having a lot of activities for the children to do after school and the teachers always strive to see their students do well.
