My children have been in CCCSD for 9 years. We have also had good and bad teachers, but the administration is the worst. I can't even get messages to my children during the day if I need to change their afterschool plans. If they're out 3 days they're supposed to collect the homework assignments, but they don't. Their Counselors do the bare minimum to assist students with career counseling or college searches. I'm extremely disappointed with this school district.

The quality of the special education department for students with auditory processing problems needs improvement. The teaching staff appears to lack appropriate training. Parent advise is not utilized and communication between school and home is severely lacking. These students may need to rely on tutoring to succeed.
