Mr. Bird the principal is great along with most of the teachers i have experienced thus far. Class sizes can be kind of large, but both kids are testing above average. They really push the anti bullying, the kids are always telling me about their school assemblies. Atleast they are trying. So far so good.

my daughter has spent her entire life in this school district. She is a grade A high honor roll student. We don't have many extra curricular programs due to high rental area/low income of this district however if you want to learn and are willing to put forth the effort the teachers are what makes it great! Mr. Bird at Lansing Elementary and Mr. Martinellie at the Middle schools are wonderful role models. It's the people and children that are important, no matter what your income bracket is.

Abram Lansing is the worst school ever!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL at al!!!!! i just moved here 3 years ago with my children and all of it is is drama my to daughters got picked on and one came home with a black eye and my son was called fat and no one would let him speak without crying so i registered them at harmony hill and its much better there

My daughter just finished the new UPK program (universal pre-kindergarten) at Abram Lansing. This is a great school, the staff is amazing, she was learning new things every day she even tought her father what 'metmorphisis' means! I would recomend this school to anyone. And the principle (Mr. Bird) is a great person and a wonderful role model for these students!
