I think that Smith School is the best school to go to in Cortland County. Our teachers create a warm, loving, and educational environment. If there is anything I am proud of, it is that I was a student of Smith School. If you want your child to be brought up in a lair of care, friendship, teamwork, pride, dignity, respect, and great oppurtunities to learn, this school is your best option.

I can not begin to express in words, the wonders that happen at Smith. When you walk through the doors at Smith School, you know you are home. The warm welcome that you get from the main office and the exceptional teachers, who are so pleased to have parents volunteer. I loved the parent-teacher bond, I was never in the dark on my childrens' education. We always felt welcomed. My children attended 3 years there. We were so pleased with the low student to teacher ratio. I feel that both of our children benefited from this. They were always encouraged to try something new. Smith also helped my children build confidence that they are using in their new school. We feel that it truly does take a village to raise a child, our children were blessed to have the whole Smith community behind them.
