Parkdale is an excellent school. My son went there in Kindergarten and 1st grade and I will always cherish his time there. The teachers are phenomenal and the specials within the curriculum add tremendous value to the NYS education.
The majority of the faculty makes Parkdale a top notch school among elementary students. They have fresh ideas and enthusiasm that helps students love school from their first day of kindergarten. They have music, gym, art, and technology incorporated into the week. Parent involvement is welcomed. The principal is very kind to all students. It is currently a K-2 school and is needs expansion which is set to begin in the near future as of 2005.
The academic programs are excellent and very knowledgeable. The staff is amazing and helpful. They are always there to lend a helping hand and go the extra mile. Music is a fun course and gets the kids involved. The sports program is great and helps kids develop more socail skills. THe parents are a great help too in the classroom and in the sports program.
