If you're looking for a school that effectively communicates with parents and where parent input matters, keep looking. Leadership changed in recent years, and most parents regard the change as negative. UEHS claims to communicate with parents but does this poorly. For ex., teachers are NOT required to populate the Home Access program with their course assignments and grades so very little actual communication with parents takes place. Similar to the middle school, the very top students will do well with the assortment of AP and honors courses, specialty programs for pre-engineering and pre-health. The art program is excellent. However, the average student receives little encourage to excel. There are insufficient prep programs for SATs and ACTs. There are many good extracurricular programs including athletics and music. There are better local school districts.

Hello, my name un Diego Landoni, and I attended UEHS back in 1990, in 1991 we returned to my home country, Argentina, but ill never forget that wonderfull year and friends made at school. Today I'm an architect and recall the great art and science class I had at that time. I had a very good experience!

I attended this school 20 years ago, and it was a positive influence in my life. I had wonderful teachers that established my foundation for success. Now, I am an elementary school teacher in Florida. I often remember back (while I am teaching) at the wonderful role models that I had. Thank God for Union Endicott High School!

It's an ok school to attend. There is too much emphasis on social order then there is on education and some teachers should definitely not be teachers but there are a handful of some amazing teachers who genuinely care about their students and their educations.

I currently attend school at UEHS. We have a large amount of clubs and sports to join. The options of classes to take are amazing. Our teachers are absolutely wonderfull. From what I have been told, we are the only high school in the country who has students go on feild trips to cast bronze. We have an continuing Italian and French student exchange program. Overall it is just a great place!

My three children attended U-E HS. They were well-prepared for college, offered AP courses, etc., and all have gone on to work in their chosen fields. The extra-curricular activities and events are phenomenal for a public school district. A renovated sports complex and auditorium, as well as outstanding Art and Technology Departments, lend themselves to almost any student's enjoyment. The parents are involved throughout the district and there are many school-community committees to help guide the school board.
